- 2-3 Days / Week full body resistance

- 4 week accumulation phase - Focus on maintaining strength with moderate run volume and intensity.

- 4 week pre competition phase - Reduce overall strength volume slightly and increase run volume and intensity.

- 3 week taper - Significantly reduce volume and intensity to prioritize recovery.
