Bringing the ultimate podcast on human performance in motorsport to the world. This podcast will be discussing all things training, physical demands, physiology, nutrition, mindset and maximising performance in motorsport. The ultimate aim being to give you the driver, rider or coach valuable information that you can take away and implement, information to further your understanding and ultimately enhance both performance and the provision of strength and conditioning in motorsport.

Each episode of the podcast I will bring in a guest to have a chat and conversation. Specialists in different areas or individuals who bring skills or lessons that can learn from to enhance athletic performance. While the majority of these are likely to be coaches, drivers and riders (there is already a very very cool list of guests lined up that cant wait to share with you as we go) but also excellent coaches and athletes from other sports.

Keep an eye out later this week for the first episode which is soon to be recorded with the first guest being a good friend and coach Simon Reynolds. Simon was head of driver performance at McLaren Formula 1 team for 14 years.
